The last few years have been great to me, as i was able to clobber the S&P500 many times in returns. But of course, you can't make a living trading the markets if you don't make great great returns. I'll try to give my readers trades that i think will make them money. However, you need to have money management skills, in order not to lose everything on a greedy or stupid trade. I may or may not already be in the trades i recommend. I may or may not trade the stocks i recommend. Due diligence is required on your part and the usual disclaimer that i am not responsible for your losses always apply. BRCM-SNDA-QQQQ (for Wednesday)

1) BRCM closed @ 31.78

day/swing trade. You can also buy jan call options in the money, but only buy the calls on a morning dip, never buy on the rise. Please always play small with options.

2) SNDA closed @ 21.42

swing trade. In the money call options also ok, but buy options only the morning dip.

3) QQQQ closed @ 43.11

day/swingtrade. In the money call options ok.

Try not to buy any stock on a gap up premarket!!! Wait for some type of morning dip before buying. You gap up the stock, traders and their grandmas are gonna pound you silly.

Beanie!

You up late, doing homework. Oil prices rising in early morning trading. Divx was a bad trade man, I'm glad I waited and never pulled the trigger.

best,

Beanie:

IFON has had bad press recently so I would be on guard.

The complaint alleges that defendants made false and misleading statements regarding certain of the Company's warrants, which were improperly ``marked to market'' in violation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (``GAAP''). After being ``marked to market,'' the warrants remained booked as a liability at the end of the quarter ended March 31, 2006, when they should have been reclassified as equity as of February 17, 2006, the date upon which the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC'') declared the Company's Form S-3 effective, thereby registering the shares underlying the warrants. The immediate result was to artificially inflate the Company's net income results for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2006, a condition that remained uncorrected until the end of the Class Period. Finally, on June 12, 2006, the Company revealed that it had restated certain portions of the financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. On this news, the price of Infosonics' stock fell from $24.22 to $17.05, a drop of $7.17, on more than three times the normal trading volume.

$5000 limit on speculative plays.(IFON, SNTO, HTI etc.)
$10000 limit on stocks priced higher than $20. (DIVX, QQQQ, NVDA, etc.)

Again, I play beanie's picks three ways:
1) Speculative plays: Most beanie speculative picks give between 1 and 10% within one day.
2) Stocks that are already on my watch list or in my porfolio(DIVX, QQQQ, NVDA, GS etc.) - I buy more of them.
3) Stocks that are already on my watch list or in my portfolio AND beanie recommends them twice - I buy every single share I can.

Please guys!! Understand the difference between speculating and investing.
I repeat, almost all Beanie picks give between 1% and 10% within one day. The key is to buy them as soon as he recommends them. If you are late getting into a beanie pick, let it go. There will be another one pretty soon.

Wed Dec 27, 01:01:00 PM EST
Anonymous Anonymous said...

Sure lets look at some of his previous picks ONSM buy at 3.15$ today at 2.62$. How about TRMM buy 2.30$ today at 2.04$. Or PGLA buy at 4.83$ today 4.41$. I wont even mention some of his picks in november where was he on PNTR when he said it was a buy at 22$ today it at 11$ or and when he predicated XNN to be the next TSAR at 3.01$ its now trading at 2.45$, I really dont think he knows much about stocks, you want to make real money watch mad money with Cramer , now he wont make you lose half your portfolio in a matter of a week. Trust the big boys. Anybody can do a search and find the hot stock of the day and ride it for the day but your playing with fire.

OK, lets see:
ONSM, buy @ 3.15, went to 3.75 within two hours - 20% profit
PGLA buy @ 4.83, went to 5.36, within 2 hours of trading open - 10% profit.
HTI buy @ 4.75, went to 5.95 in 4 hours, - 25% profit.
SOFO, MOVI, XNN, RNIN, IDEV, NLST, the list goes on and on.
You had your chance to make a profit. You didn't. Your choice. For trading, you should know when to sell.

Wed Dec 27, 01:24:00 PM EST
Blogger Mauricio said...

Anonymous,
You have to know how to play these stocks too.....

I mean honestly, if you would've purchased ONSM at 3.15 when Beanie recommended, followed the stock through the day, you would have realized that it had trouble breaking past the 3.75 mark. Once it hit its HOD of 3.86, you have to have the instinct to sell around that price.

Beanie can only show you the door, but you have to walk through it. There's no point in following his picks if you don't learn anything from it. You can't just blindly assume he's going to be correct 100% of the time. But in reality, Beanie is right significantly more than he's wrong, you just have to know when to sell.

Don't let your emotions get in the way and hope for even more profits.

RISK MANAGEMENT. GET OUT WHEN YOU MAKE EVEN A BIT OF PROFITS. You'll make far more money selling after 5-10% gains consistently than selling let's say 50% gain on one stock and losing on everything else.

Sorry to be blunt, but for all the naysayers, seriously get your heads out of your arses and pay attention to your own money. Beanie's picks are consistently solid, but he can't hold your hand throughout the whole process. LEARN AND EARN

DIVX- yes it could be a bad day= trading stocks- the trick is to hold a little bit longer and sell when it's high enough to make a profit. I think at 23-24 it was the lowest it has been since it was at 21 on fisrt week of Oct. So if you got it at 21 early Oct. and sell it at 30 on end of Nov. -that's a gain of about 43% in 6 weeks. Yes, it took a little longer than day-trading but with less worry and pain.
