HAS ANYONE NOTICED IWM CAN’T GET OVER 79.9 IT’S 200 DAY....there’s a good reason for that....once a stock goes below rsi 30, it never overtakes a major signal, for a long long time....those who played LIZ and GAS with me, are now expert in (RSI under 30) plays...so use LIZ and GAS experience, and keep buying PUTS IWM sept 77 ...2.05 sell 2.80...see LEN AND RYL , they are good examples of RSI under 30 favors puts / failures.. at major signals...

Not an inspiring day at all. Futures markets had a mini crash after the cash markets closed.
XNN is a screaming BUY!! Got 5K filled today at my average buy-in of 1.75! Looks like some traders had some margin calls in other stocks that came due today and they were forced to liquidate their holdings in XNN. Someone elses loss is someone elses gain. Today's a great day to follow Warren Buffet's strategy, "buy when others are selling".
I am taking a break from mountain biking in Door County, Wisconsin where the temperature is 74. Back home in SW Missouri it's 103! To those that say the sky is falling, it doesn't when the volume struggles to reach the daily average! Now if this drop occured on volume of 9 million, that would be a different story. To my friend Rochestor, if the 'street knows' this would be occuring on much higher volume.
Well they are giving my dirty looks at the Sister Bay library for staying on-line for more than my 20 minute allotment. May try to get in on the conference call tomorrow if near a payphone. I am more interested in the 2Qtr 2009 call, tomorrows will still be positive future looking statements. Expect earnings to be around 560K. Good luck all even my impersonator friend!

Fundementally XNN is on very bad ground, most likely going BK. Not only that, but small cap stocks in general are doing very badly in this market.

Get short XNN, and then when you're done, get short a little more.

I suggest you buy VMW on any dip and hold for at least a year. Remember the ipo RVBD last year? The stock tripled after i asked you to get in. Well, VMWare will be much more exciting and much bigger.
Getting VMW below 35 is a steal. Below $40 is nice.
If there is a tech stock i would try to grab on the long side, it would be VMW (VMware). No ifs ands or buts about it! I would sell all my tech holdings, with exception of GOOG, just to grab more of it.

I think that PPI economic report , even though it’s a really hot report, that the market will see 0.2% ( inflation very under control), but that’s a deterrent to any interest rate cut, and so down goes the DOW...(?)
On a side note, the 200MA on DIA used to be 12,700, well since last week it’s moved to 12,770...so if DIA stays above 13,000 for the rest of the month, the 200MA will be at 13,000...someday...
AND no way does IWM go below, 74 this month.....

Not saying your wrong but I think vmw opens above 40 and sees 60 fast.I wouldnt buy there just thinking the hype runs it for awhile.
Also I dont really like OB stocks but MBKR.ob reports earnings on the 21st.Looking for positive eps as they are growing fast in the booming Canadian market.The old ceo from lending tree runs it.Only 6 million in the float,could fly.

IMO today's close is very critical technically. a weak close and there is 3-4% downside. A strong close and we will remain in the range developed over the last 5-10 days.
