I think OPEC is not a company, that's the reason you can't find any ticker. It is an organisation of countries that produce and export oil.

But premarket can give you a few clues to ones that often open slight up but then start to run a little later.
You want to look at ones that hit the leader board in pre very late,like the last few mins before open.
Also ones that appear on leader board in afterhours BUT not on premarket leader board.
And the low floats on pre many times are ones that keep going an hour or so nicely.

RE: CPSL... can you guess the 38.2% (or second retrace) fib line? That's right, 2 cents off the HOD at $5.19. 23.6% (or, first fib retrace line) is at $4.68, for what it's worth. May never retouch it again, but if it does, and lifts, you'll have a more solid entry.
That's on the 60 day chart btw, taking from the 3/7 high of $7.55 (100% line) to the 4/12 low of 3.76 (0% line).

For the fun of it. I met JSDA's founder and CEO a few years back. Peter Van Stoke. I actually met with him a few times, as the firm I worked with were nominating him for the entrepreneur of the year award here in Vancouver, BC where the company originally started.
He moved it to the US because of a better business environment for corporations. Very passionate guy about the business, and his team is a great bunch of people. very cool and hard working. I recall carrying away a number of flavours to try at home. The vanilla coke was great.

ROY is an absolutely good play. Uranium will be in a multiyear bull market. Uranium is necessary for nuclear power, which is part of the alternative energy category. So yes, ROY will continue to go higher and is a great long term investment.
DNDN:
As said before, i would not play with more than the house's money on this one at this point.
If approved, DNDN is on its way to $100.
If not, it'll probably see 10 or below but then it would be a good buy because eventually it will get approved a few months later.
