Yeah, there's definitely a risk -return tradeoff there... but if you think TSL is going to at least $47 (which I think it is), you can still make a decent coin on those calls...

Caution on AKAM as well. Very vertical rebound here, and she just barely missed a fib line at her high today (high was 48.58 and the 50% fib line is about a dime north of that), only to curl down to where she is now (48.10 or so).
Could need a rest, and maybe even more of a retrace before breaching that 48.70 mark.

CLRK breaking out, I been riding this one for @ month and will be holding long term,. Huge potential with their product. This will be a $70 stock in two years or less.
Do your homework and hop in.
Also watching WEN for a upside break out or breakdown out of pennant pattern[weekly]. Pattern would seem to be continuation of the trend [up] but indicators look weak and stock is pretty extended. I'd be willing to take a trade either way with the BO/BD with tight stops. b/o = over $40.75 b/d= below $38.75.

I think the fundamental of CLRK are much, much better than cree.
Cree is selling at @ 61 PE with negative QRTLY growth while CLRK is trading a @ 47 forward PE with 700% QRTLY growth and NO debt. Their market is much more upscale and nowhere near as dependent on the tech sector as CREE.
CLARK has positive free cash flow of @ @>% m while CREE has a negative free cash flow. CREE may have a little better profit margin [@2%] but nowhere near the growth of CLRK. CREE's revenue is bigger, but not for long at these growth rates. Look at the customer base of each and you'll see what I mean.
They both have HUGE short interest in them right now, but I think CLRK is just gettin started and is gonna crush cree in the future.
CREE's PEG[5yr] is @ 7.59, while CLRK is a unbeleivable 1.75. extremely undervalued right now.
CREE has a IBD rating of C and CLRK IBD rating of A.

CLRK has positive free cash flow of @ 2.7 m. CLRK only been around 10 years as opposed to CREE whose been @ 20 yrs. Also 22% of CLRK held by insiders, CREE =2% insiders.

64% growth this year, 41% next
CREE estimates @ 12% next five years. forward PE 61.5
_-65% growth this year [thats negative], 24% next year,

theres a huge premium on CLRK right now, but for good reason I think. bought the right prices it's a better deal imo.
Think about it, If they grew earnings at 35 % for the next five years that would = about $1.80 EPS. At todays forward PE of 47 [08 ]that equates to @ 84 dollars a share. Todays PE on the stock is 130? Average PE over three years of 2004, 2005 & 2006 is 89 according to msn.com [ altho they're skewed sometimes. 89 times $1.80 = $160

For those holding ENCY, D-Day is tomorrow. I'm holding a 5K position for the simple reason that it is undervalued even if it doesn't receive FDA approval this time. Thelin's EU launch and projected 40% market share from the only PAH drug approved (Tracleer) will bring it $250M by 2009-10. Add to it the US market, and we have a $12-15 target. Add to it PFE buy-out rumors, and you have a potential $20 stock. GLTY.
PS: Also watch DNDN closely tomorrow. Again, contrary to Beanzie's opinion, don't short it for now.

Watch for STP break of 34.20. That will bust the down trend line that you can draw from the 5/10 peak to the lower peaks, at 5/14 and 5/29.
It's right there at 34.19 right now, so keep a weather eye, mateys.

STP through the down trend line convincingly now. Not saying it won't return to it one more time (now at 34.15, as it continues to descend away from us), but I think if you were considering a call play, you are okay now.
Which is not true yet of the TSL calls... it is still struggling to get past that $43.20 number/fib line and stick above it... right now back at support at $42.58.

MFLO - huge, quiet accumilation going on. Stock is over extended, but building a base with a resistance of $23.00. the pressure is building and this thing is gonna bust big one way or the other.
Large amounts of accummulation lately, and the price has moved considerably and seems overextended, but the volume has exploded to about 10x the yearly average over the last six weeks.
I don't know whats up yet, but i'll let you know when i do find out why this things got legs.
Its one to watch and I'll be buying some here and there with tight stops.
