The last few years have been great to me, as i was able to clobber the S&P500 many times in returns. But of course, you can't make a living trading the markets if you don't make great great returns. I'll try to give my readers trades that i think will make them money. However, you need to have money management skills, in order not to lose everything on a greedy or stupid trade. I may or may not already be in the trades i recommend. I may or may not trade the stocks i recommend. Due diligence is required on your part and the usual disclaimer that i am not responsible for your losses always apply. gosu,

what i meant is that since CRM is trading down 55 cents premarket AFTER earnings, we need to believe that it has to go down alot more. Either it has to go up in a big way due to earnings results, or the small gapping higher or gapping lower means IT SHALL GO LOWER.

BOJ won't raise rates here in the near future, although they will try to jawbone the market a bit.

Looks like we're going back to at least 122 yen to the dollar (121.2 as I type this).

Signal: "carry on."

For the solar lovers in all of us: There is a new ipo today: CSUN.

"China Sunergy (CSUN) prices its IPO at $11, above the expected range of $8-10. The Chinese-based co makes solar cells from silicon wafers using crystalline silicon solar cell technology. It sells its solar cell products to module manufacturers and system integrators, who assemble its solar cells into solar modules and solar power systems. Since the co began operations in Aug 2004, the co has built six solar cell manufacturing lines and expanded its annual capacity to 192 mw. The co plans to increase capacity to 390 mw by Q2 2008, with 12 manufacturing lines. The co sold 4.4 mw and 46.4 mw of solar cells in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Revenue jumped from $13.7 mln in 2005 to $149.5 mln in 2006 and the co is now profitable... Briefing Note: CSUN is the latest in a string of recent solar IPOs, mostly from China (ASTI, CSIQ, FSLR, JASO, SOLF, TSL). All have been huge movers, with the exception of CSIQ and SOLF. As such, the deal priced well despite JASO getting hit this week on earnings. These stocks have huge growth, are profitable and with the increased focus on global warming issues, clean energy stocks are in vogue. This is an 8.5 mln ADS offering (each ADS represents six ordinary shares) led by Merrill. Cowen and Jefferies are also involved. (IPOXX)"

I think it looks pretty good.

check out the chart on this. nice 8 week consolidation, high bull flag, but not alot of volume on the B/O. But neither was the first day on the prior breakout. would be a $4-$5 upside move with and easy stop out @$35-$34.50 depending on your pain tolerance. weekly chart looks even better.

I "THINK" the cubes are rolling over, how much? don't know, but 3 distribution days out of last 6, neg. divergence in the RSI, macd rolling over, leads me to think we should get some small downtime at least, might only be @$45.50, but enough to generate 15-20% in puts min, depending on strike price and date.
Hard to tell if it'll actually roll or stay in the flag pattern to consolidate, but I'm leaning toward some quick downside $$.

[High down volume without further price decline could be the big boys just rolling out of stocks and into others tho.]

At flag top trendline now. Upside close tommorow could be breakout of top but unlikely barring some news, bottom flag trendline @$45.75. but $46. has been serious support lately.

Keep in mind bearish charts don't carry as much weight in a bull run market.

everyone else:Find your buys and stops, if you agree with the charts.

full disclosure, Im short the fukker,

Link tutorial...

do these things in ORDER, and do not use the "quote" marks around what I'm quoting (to fool the html, otherwise it'd come out gobbledy gook). Beannie and Catcher, I expect to see some examples, forwith....

1) Copy the URL for whatever you want to link to using your edit function.

2) Embed the URL in a sentence or just leave it out there alone by doing the following:

3) Open your html link by making the "<" open carrot sign.

4) type this "Href=" (again without the quotes, remember?)

5) Paste the URL you just copied right after the "=" sign.

6)Close the carrot with it's opposite ">" sign.

7) Type "link" or "hey dufus!" or whatever text you want the link to illustrate (like I did with "Good Year Tire" above).

8) Right after that text type this little doohickey open carrot slash "<" and then "/" (backslash)

9) and then close with "a" and ">" (again, WITHOUT the quote marks.)

Publish your comment (or "preview" it to make sure you did it right) and voila! You should have your html link available for all.

ASTI is 80/20..at 7.80...and 100 to 1 at 7.40..if asti even goes to 7.40...STP has some kind of permo-bottom @ $34.0....and permo- top at @ $39...i think if ENER gets to $30, it’s worth trying at that price....downside, repeats $27, double bottom...upside ...goes to $57 again...WFR.. doing a price consolidating, channel.( on the chart, price appears to be moving in a straight horizontal line)....those are very bullish buy signals, the longer they go, the stronger the signal....SPWR...likes to correct 19% at a time...so 19% correction from $62ish = 50 day..buy at..$50.9....percentage channels, same as fib channel, cept i can’t do fib channels....(long story)...you know what i like about FSLR?..it doesn’t have a 200 day.....the most FSLR has pulled back is $10 at each of 4 times... last 4 month’s .... point and figure at stockcharts.com has $102 target...so i guess we see $72 again...DSTI...i told you two days ago buy it....(sort of)...well now i know the bottom...it’s two day ago low....zee

If you're watching SWN,http://tinyurl.com/2bn2qs, seems like it may have some correction in it this am, maybe let it digest the recent gains before you pull the trigger right away. Watch it and make your own call, Its your money.

Tried your way first Jake, couldn't get it to work. Check # 8, "doohickey?, " nothing there. I may have missed something
