MED for the diabetic!

It's one of those companies like NTRI that sells prepared food for big (aka Fat) people. I don't think MED is as good a company as NTRI. Look at their offerings and you'll see NTRI offers more tasty foods. However, MED claims that their products help diabetics get off insulin. There's been several studies already done and it seems to support MED's claims. If the studies support this, then doctors are more likely going to recommend MED diet products to their patients. I am, however, doubtful that doctors will recommend MED over pharmaceutical drugs. (Why would anyone in their right mind want to destroy their business? What? No more diabetic patients?) Doctors prescribe drugs! When they recommend a drug to a patient, they tend to receive some incentives from the drug companies. When a diabetic patient is completely cured, that means less frequent visits to a doctor's office! Sounds like i'm trying to stir up a conspiracy theory? Okie-dokie. Believe what you will.
Anyhow, their revenues and earnings are growing fast, but not as fast as NTRI.

I read in the NY Post that there was an Al Queda threat against the NYSE and other banking institutions starting at 9 am today...does anyone think this will affect the stock price today?

Not sure if these threats against the markets will impact the stock today, but NYX and NDAQ are both down 1 dollar in pre-market trading. Maybe it's just a scam by JPMorgan to try to bring the stock price down again!

XNN: Don't be fearful. Earnings conference is Dec 14. So they will keep this stock in play the next 2 weeks. It's going higher from here. I have no doubts.

XNN: obviously short term overbought. Today is consolidation day but i don't think it will go down that much. The 2.80 area should hold.
