GIGM is the next NTES!

GIGM @ 11.02

GIGM just had blowout earnings today. If GIGM were to be valued similarly to NTES, it would be a $25 stock. GIGM has a market cap of about 600 million while NTES has a market cap of about 2 billion. NTES makes about twice the revenue of GIGM. Profit margin is about the same.

Rumor is that Louis Navellier thinks GIGM is the next HANS.

Intermediate to longer term play.

Louis Navellier:

The FIRST Candidate For The Next Hansen is in the cards.

“YOUR PHILOSOPHY of investing looked a little conservative at first, but the results of my trading with you…are far better than other ‘aggressive’ sites.”
--Paul S., Australia

You’ve heard me say it before: when a powerful new desire is met by an innovator with a huge competitive advantage—you’ve probably found a ten-bagger like Hansen.

Between 50 and 100 million Chinese are now—suddenly—quite affluent. Not affluent enough to shop for 7-series BMWs perhaps, but they have discretionary cash for small indulgences.

Online poker is one such indulgence. Indeed, online, portable, downloadable ANYTHING is just about perfect for China’s new and burgeoning middle class. Computers? Too expensive. But a sleek Motorola flip-phone, hooked up to a fast and furious game of Mahjong—that’s a sweet thing.

Based in Singapore, this tiny online games company has just struck a deal giving it exclusive access to 21 million registered gamers in China.

The total market for Mahjong in Asia is a staggering ONE BILLION. And the market forthe game is expected to grow by 45% a year for the next 3 years, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The stock is up 35% in the last month but we are still very much at the start of an extraordinary run. Earnings recently tripled and sales rose 82%. A 1,000% gain is very much in the cards from Asia’s dominant online Mahjong stock. Details in The Next Hansen.

Sounds like he's talkin about GIGM?

pamfla,

depends on whether you're holding for the intermediate to longer term. If you were swingtrading, you should have taking profits yesterday above 8.

Anybody hear anything on EFUT to have the stock spike up in just a few minutes?

EFUT: finally yeah! You guys can't complain i didn't make ya money on that low volume stock.

Note: i have no position.

I recommend getting out if you bought below 12. If you continue to want to play, play small and play it the way i suggested in one of my comments yesterday.

good luck. i will no longer mention this stock.

anonymous,

GargoyleInvestors definately was responsible for putting the lid on GIGM today.

I have to go with GIGM's revenues and earnings. They appear to be growing very fast. Insiders own alot of the shares.

GargolyeInvestors chose to slam GIGM at a pretty good time, after the stock gapped up premarket to previous high of about 12.50 , giving us the double top formation.

I still believe GIGM is a good longer term play. Eventually, the shorts have to cover.

Hi there Beanie,
I got in on BRLC and GIGM and currently a bit underwater but have confidence that these two will do well long term as you stated. Funny, the only two plays I followed you and they both got slammed ...

I'm currently looking into BIOM which appears to be consolidating and ready for a leg up soon. Whats your take on this stock?

Thu Nov 09, 12:46:00 PM EST
Blogger beanie11111 said...

anonymous,

I called NVDA several days ago at 32. Earnings is today. If you want in, buy 1/2 now and 1/2 after earnings.

Thu Nov 09, 12:47:00 PM EST
Blogger beanie11111 said...

anonymous,

i don't like pennystocks like BIOM.

BRLC looks like it could go higher tomorrow if it holds here by the close.

GIGM will go higher intermediate to longer term. It is very easy for bashers like GargoyleInvestors to fire at GIGM because it's a Chinese company. Look at NTES. C'mon, GIGM is worth more than $11.

I'm tellin you folks right now right here:

If you think that lower priced stocks make you more money, you are WRONG WRONG WRONG and then WRONG!!!!! You would have missed CSCO, NVDA, DIS, EBAY, YHOO, NYX, MA, and so many more profitable plays! Instead, alot of you probably end up stuck in lower priced stocks.

Is this a good time to buy LMRA on th dip or should I wait? Is this dip caused by profit taking or was the cc that bad???

on another note: Those who bought GIGM today should not worry. I been following GIGM for a while and this company always do this after a cc. It should dip below 10 by tommorrow or Monday and should bounce back to 12.
I am definately buying below 10

thanks

You said you added shares of GIGM. I hope you didn't just buy any dip! Adding to a loser is never a good idea unless you add at important support areas and plan to sell those (added) shares as soon as it goes higher. You should not be buying any additional shares anywhere above the low $10, which is decent support area.
